Eric Siegfried / Founder & CEO
Eric Siegfried founded Tango in 2010. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and brings a strong foundation in product strategy and technical leadership to the company.

He leads from a place where meaning prevails over money, striving to advance the careers of his team and the communities he supports. His approach is defined by deep analysis, creative exploration, and a constant pursuit of thoughtful solutions to complex technical challenges—working closely with experts from a place of respect and shared problem-solving.

Based in Portland, Eric continues to drive innovation at Tango while remaining committed to long-term impact, excellence, and building a future that balances technology, people, and purpose.
Felipe Nevarez / Head of Engineering
Felipe Nevárez is Head of Engineering at Tango, with a full-stack background and a strong focus on the intersection of discovery, architecture, mentoring, and product.

At Tango, he strengthens technical culture by improving internal processes, communication, and visibility into engineering work. He also helps guide practical AI adoption—using AI to streamline development, support better decision-making, and enable thoughtful product innovation.

Felipe approaches technology through the lens of product, and product through the lens of technology, creating environments where teams grow, think critically, and build with intention.

Ivón is a People & Culture leader with experience building strong teams and healthy workplace cultures in fast-changing environments.

She works closely with leadership to shape talent strategy, strengthen people processes, and support clear, focused execution across the organization.

With a background in psychology, Ivón brings a practical and human perspective to hiring, team dynamics, and retention—helping organizations balance business goals with individual growth and long-term trust.
